Purpose
The resolution card (resolution card) is a standard sample, which can provide auxiliary tests such as vertical resolution and horizontal resolution of actual shooting.
The resolution test adopts the international standard ISO12233 resolution resolution card for testing, and adopts a unified shooting angle and shooting environment.
And the calculation of the resolution uses the HYRes software, which separates the vertical resolution and the horizontal resolution.
The evaluation of digital cameras is different from other products. Unlike notebooks, DIY, etc., there are a lot of software to test objective data, which can explain everything from the data. To evaluate the quality of a digital camera, in addition to certain objective data, it also needs to be evaluated in combination with the actual operation and the shooting of proofs. Therefore, our evaluation is based on the principle of objective data, combined with the rational analysis of experienced evaluators, in order to obtain the most objective evaluation results.
The ISO12233 standard resolution test chart complies with the 12233 standard "Photography - Electrophotographic Images - Measurement Methods". In this active area of 1 X size, the error of measuring 20 cm height is only about 0.1 mm. He has almost the characteristics that most resolution cards have.
Scope of application
The ISO12233 standard is suitable for the sharpness analysis of image and video acquisition equipment such as digital still photo cameras (DSC) for civilian use, mobile phones, and surveillance cameras. When recording the resolution of still photos in catalogs, etc., some products use the measurement method specified in this standard.

Terms and Definitions
a) resolution
The limit of discernible fine patterns, except for sawtooth. It is represented by the number of bars per unit height of the screen.
b) sawtooth aliasing
When the sampling frequency is less than twice the highest frequency of the image signal, noise with overlapping waves will be generated near the higher harmonics of the sampling frequency.
